Our main products include leaf springs, axles, turntables, wheel rims, landing gears, boogies, suspensions, air suspension, fifth wheel, semi-trailer, air chamber, king pin, twist lock, mud guard. With the advanced equipments, strict quality control system, our factories have passed ISO9001:2000, or ISO/TS16949:2002 standards and we have acquired a high reputation for our products in international market.

Our main items are:

1. Leaf spring for different types of vehicles. Our leaf spring factory is the largest leaf spring factory in China. It has ten product lines with advanced equipments making different types of leaf spring including conventional leaf spring, Z type leaf spring and parabolic leaf spring. Technically, thickness could be from 6 mm to 40 mm and the material could be SUP6, SUP7, SUP9, SUP9A, SUP10, SUP11 and SUP11A. Yearly turnout is more than 100,000 MT. Our leaf springs capacity is the largest one in China. Usual lead-time is within 3-4 weeks after receiving orders.

2. Axle for buses, trucks, agriculture vehicles, engineering construction and semi-trailers. We can supply various kinds of axles, including steering axles, driving axles and semi-trailer rear axles. Load capacity is from 12 tons to 20 tons. The designated productive capacity of axle is 50,000 pieces per year.

3. Turntable for semi-trailers, fully trailers and tractors. 3 types of turntable are available from our company: Z type, UA type and UB type. Our turntables have been widely used in European market, American market, African market, Australian market and Asian market. We can supply special turntables according to customers' drawings.

4. Wheel rim for trucks, buses, agriculture vehicles and semi-trailers. We can supply more than 100 sizes wheel rims. Tube wheel size from 5.5-15 to 8.5-24, and tubeless wheel size from 6.0 x 17.5 to 11.75 x 22.5, also the demountable wheel rim 8.25 x 22.5 are available. We can produce yearly 3,000,000 pieces of different sizes.

5. Landing gear for semi-trailers. We have one side operation and two side operation landing gears for semi-trailers, and we also supply landing gear for RV semi-trailers. The gear box inside and out side could be chosen according to your requirement. The lifting capacity is from 25 ton to 35 ton. We make and develop competitive landing gears with output of 80000 pairs of landing gears yearly.

6. Boogie. We have developed drum boogies and spoke boogies to supply different markets. The capacity can be 24 ton, 28 ton, 32 ton and 40 ton. Yearly turnout is about 5,000 sets.

7. Suspension. Two-axle suspension ,three-axle suspension and air suspension

 are available.

8. Fifth wheel. We have been supplying 2 sizes forging (pressing) 5th wheels to international market for 8 years. They are 2" (#50) and 3.5" (#90). Our yearly productivity is more than 30,000 sets of different types of 5th wheels.

9. Semi-trailer. We supply 20 feet and 40 feet container semi-trailers. The semi-trailer could be Flatbed and skeletal, 2 axle and 3 axle according to different demands.
